Allshouse Designs' mission is to build relationships that work to a common goal. We screen every business and have the right to refuse business from the person(s) that do not adhere to Allshouse Designs' values. The screening process can take up to 72 hours.  We do not support a business that supports hate speech, violence, sexism, racism, and criminal activities. All of our website management packages are a 12-month commitment, charged at monthly intervals. All sales are final and there are no guarantees that our services will make you revenue. 

After the 12 months is over you can cancel the monthly service with a written formal letter sent to Allshouse Designs at any time.

If you choose to cancel the website management service and wish to keep your website with Allshouse Designs servers. A new agreement will be made.  All basic server costs will be charged annually. Any changes or edits will result in a $250 USD minimum fee. Editing Fees can increase depending on what needs to be done. Payments will be processed before work is completed.

If you choose to cancel and no longer want to work with Allshouse Designs. Allshouse Designs will cancel the SSL certificate, domain name, email server, and website server space. Then will send you all the website text in a Microsoft Word document. The pictures and graphics will be your responsibility to save from the website before the website is removed from servers. 

Marketing and advertising on the world wide web is a risk that all businesses take to create awareness. Allshouse Designs works diligently to meet all the major search engine regulations and applicable laws in the city of Bothell and King County of Washington state. SORRY! NO GUARANTEES 

We do not promise that our services will make you revenue. However, we do guarantee that we will work with you to create an awesome website for you and your customers to enjoy.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

 We collect your email address in order to:

      • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions

 To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

      • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.

      • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.

      • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.

      • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.

      • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.

      • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at sales@allshousedesigns.com and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
